Terms of service

It is the purchasers responsibility to inspect all tiles before installations.

No claims will be recognised after tiles have been laid on floors/walls.

All goods are subject to colour variation due to high baking of clay products. The layer should mix tiles from one box to another prior to laying. Tiles must be checked by the customer as to the right colour and size prior to laying.

Although every effort will be made to provide the exact product for subsequent re-orders, identical shades, batches or price cannot be guaranteed.

Grand Tiling Concepts will not be liable in any respect for advice provided herein regarding fixing, grouting, sealing, cleaning or maintenance. Determining the suitability of our products for any intended use shall be solely the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Grand Tiling Concepts shall not be liable for any damage or breakage whatsoever occurring after delivery or for any loss incurred by the purchaser as a result of such damage or breakage. Claims arising from transit damage or shortages MUST be made at a time of delivery.
