SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA (PLEASE BE AWARE OF DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19)
For shipping within Australia, Grand Tiling Concepts uses Australian Registered Post and courier service such as Transdirect and Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: 3-7 Days (VIC) (All other states and territories up to 14 days).
Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimated and collected from Australia Post.
As we cannot guarantee the service of Australia Post being 100% accurate at all times.
Grand Tiling Concepts will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Please ensure that your allocated delivery address is attended and that there will be someone to sign for delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise stated.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@grandtilingconcepts.com.au
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.
PROCESSING TIMES
Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 48 hours (1-3 business days).
Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.
All orders will then be dispatched from our Thornbury VIC showroom within 1-3 business days.
In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email.
